Beckley Academy trains and prepares healthcare and mental health professionals to deliver psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT). The program offers online courses and an open-source learning framework aimed at standardizing education and best practices in the field.
The visual identity centers on a monogram combining the letters “B” and “A”, creating an overlap in which one letter cannot be perceived without the other. This linear symbol evokes the interconnection between body and mind, as well as between the conscious and the unconscious. The principle of overlapping extends throughout the visual system and iconography.
Typography plays a central role in the identity, with a sleek and modern palette that supports clarity and consistency across applications. The color palette balances warm and cool tones to reflect different states of being, while the photographic direction references psychoactive experiences through duotone imagery suggesting motion, patterns, and abstract forms.
