Beckley Academy trains healthcare and mental health professionals in psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT). The program offers online courses and an open-source learning framework aimed at standardizing education and best practices in the field.
The visual identity centers on a monogram combining the letters “B” and “A”, forming an overlap in which one letter cannot be perceived without the other. This linear symbol reflects the interconnection between body and mind, as well as the conscious and unconscious. The principle of overlapping extends across the visual system and iconography.
Typography plays a central role in the identity, using a sleek palette that supports clarity and consistency across applications. The color palette balances warm and cool tones to suggest different states of being, while the photographic direction references psychoactive experiences through duotone imagery that evoke motion, patterns, and abstract forms.
